Johnathan Hills has been concerned with processes since he was a boy and he asked his mama if there would be more brownie pieces in a round or rectangle pan. Fast forward a few decades and he’s still intrigued with figuring out how to get the most out of anything. In addition to having an eye for proficiency, Johnathan is a fun loving guy with a genuine love for people. He is completely comfortable engaging with anyone whether it is shooting the breeze with the custodial worker (and picking up a broom to help) or shooting hoops with the chief executive officer. When Johnathan is not out making friends you will find him hanging out with his favorites, his wife and children.

Josh Jordan has an extensive background in the area of people. Through life experience and training, Josh has developed a sharp sense of recognizing how people are feeling and can decipher action steps to take them from where they are to where they want to be. He currently serves as the college and young families pastor at First Baptist Church Covington where he gives assistance to parents of children and preschoolers. He has degrees in Religion, Psychology and a Masters of Divinity degree. He has been serving churches and organizations in various roles over the last 19 years. Josh and his wife, Leslie have their hands full with 4 young children.
